Who they are...
For each case, a Case Manager will compile a team from the many operative at the OSIR. Depending on what the case is about determines who well be on that team (i.e. a "big foot" sighting would need a cryptozoologist, or reports of a time pocket would need a physicist). In that respect, teams can change quite often.

Besides this fact, there are a few operatives that are necessary for each case, such as the Case Manager, Data Analyst, Team Scientist, Parapsychologist and/or an on site Doctor.

Each operative must act professional and keep total confidentiality to the case for the protection of the experiencer(s) [witnesses] at all times. The experiencer(s) is/are to be held as top priority in both physical and mental aspects.
